HOW
DOES THE TPA DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM WORK?
The TPA Dust Suppression System employs the water
pulverization technique to retain dust particles in
the air. This pulverization technique allows much
more concentration of dust wiht the usage of less
water.
The nozzles of the TPA Dust Suppression System have
been renovated by opening a matrix of 4x1 water
channel to increase the concentration of the
pulvarization system and to expand the pulverization
angel, which allowed minimal usage of water and air.
Now, it is possible to abotain high efficiency using
small size air pressure tanks and compressors.
In
quarries, about 1-1,5 liter of water is sufficient
for the crushing 1 tons of stones for dust
suppression purposes.
